If you aren’t familiar with canon, it basically means that these episodes are essential as they are part of the official storyline.. I stopped watching the Boruto anime after episode 69 because I felt the episodes that I watched after the Otsutsuki arc were pretty low quality and inconsequential. I'm kinda missing my Naruto fix though so I'd like to watch any of the arcs or episodes that the fanbase generally consideres worth watching.. Sakura vs Shin Episode 23, but the arc is pretty good and runs from ep. 19 to 23 Sarada vs Butan Episode 30 but I don't really rate the animation here. Boruto, Mitsuki, Chojiro, and Kagura vs Shizuma Episode 31. Are the pre Majina and Kara Actuation arcs worth watching or should I just go to the manga? Anime.
